HYBRID RESISTANCE SYSTEM
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower uses a hybrid resistance system. The combination of air and a magnetic brake is typically much more reliable and a far smoother rowing experience than friction-based indoor rowers, or rowers using a hydraulic resistance mechanisms.
Whilst the air resistance provides an almost unlimited variety of resistance output, the magnetic resistance setting can also be adjusted electronically from levels 1-10.
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower allows you to set a basic resistance on the rower whilst maintaining smoother pulling at any intensity which provides a great full-body workout, be that your first time ever using a rower or an experienced athlete.
The Row-X is the ideal choice to perform anything from high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to gentle cardiovascular workouts, and everything else in between!
EASY TO USE LCD CONSOLE
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower comes with a sleek back-lit LCD display console which features: – stroke rate, workout profile, watts, pulse (chest strap sold separately), time, calories, distance and resistance level.
The console will display all your real-time workout stats including; calories, distance, time, speed, strokes per minute, resistance and watts.
You can use the easy touch control dial to scroll through the 10 available workout programs which are comprised of 4 HIIT workouts (High Intensity Interval Training), pacer programs, or simple target setting.
A quick start manual mode is also available for users who prefer to just jump on and start rowing!
With quick and easy footrest adjustments for users of virtually all shoe sizes, you have a comfortable and secure footing position with the slight angle of the row handle also providing you with a more natural arm and hand position whilst being able to view the console easily as you row!
EASY STORAGE & MOBILITY
The Taurus Row-X Air Rower features a quick-release frame-lock mechanism so the machine can easily separate into two parts for storage.
The caster wheels on the front stabilizer will also allow for easy manoeuvrability or re-positioning of the rower when it is in its fully assembled state.
