BodyMax MG3 Multi Gym

The BodyMax MG3 Multi-Gym offers a great variety of exercises in only a small working space while allowing you to exercise your full body.

ADJUSTABLE
With the MG3 you can exercise back and neck muscles as well as the biceps on the lat pull unit. The multiple adjustable lateral cable controls are very versatile offering free strength training and other sport-specific exercises.

HIGHLY EFFECTIVE
The MG3 also allows you to effectively exercise your chest, back, and shoulders on the multi-press as well as achieve stronger calf and thigh muscles with the included leg curl. Meanwhile, the lower cable control is suitable for rowing workouts in a sitting position or effective biceps and triceps training.

SUPREME COMFORT
The multi-adjustable seat offers high comfort while exercising with the BodyMax MG3 Multi-Gym. The backrest has 8 adjustment positions and the seat has 4 adjustment positions.

GREAT VARIETY
Besides the optimal training position, this also allows greater exercise variety. The guide rollers are equipped with high-quality ball bearings for a smooth running of weight loads while exercising. Meanwhile, the weight stack is 80kg and adjustable in 5kg increments

DURABLE
The frame of the BodyMax MG3 Multi-Gym is very stable. It is made of 40 x 80mm strong steel tubes, galvanized, and powder coated. This gives the frame a quality finish while also increasing its durability. The 6mm pull cables are encased with nylon.
