The Bowflex Max Trainer M9’s 10” touchscreen HD console comes with JRNY™ enabled. Access daily adaptive workouts, on-demand classes, and even explore virtual courses. World-class trainers will help to push you further as you train, and tailored workouts make sure you’re doing the right training for your needs. As well as JRNY™, the console is compatible with entertainment, such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Disney+ (separate subscriptions required).

High Intensity Interval Training, or HIIT, are short burst of high-effort exercise, followed by longer periods of rest, proven to be a highly efficient way to work out. The Max Trainer M9 is perfect for this kind of exercise. The M9 has a massive 20 levels of resistance available, and unlimited speed capability—push yourself to the limit!

PACKED WITH FEATURES
The Bowflex Max Trainer M9 comes equipped with a built-in media shelf to hold your phone or tablet securely in place, as well as a water bottle holder to keep you hydrated during your workout. Four-grip handlebars allow you to find the perfect hand position, and the in-built heart rate hand grips help you stay within your primary heart rate zone. Bluetooth speakers let you play your music, or listen to your JRNY™ trainer. Oversized, textured pedals let you find your perfect sprinting position. The M9 also comes with a free Bluetooth heart rate armband.
