CONSTRUCTION

Due to the special construction of the joints in the front of the machine, the ellipsis of the movement can remain flatter than for common equipment of such kind.

ADJUSTABILITY
The cardiostrong elliptical cross trainer EX60 is not just a fitness machine for ambitious home users but actually a machine for the whole family of any age. It’s proved by the individual adjustability of the elliptical cross trainer. The treads are (3 times) horizontally adjustable, and the pendulum arms are (4 times) vertically adjustable.
The cross trainer is adjustable to the height of the user and the movement can be varied by adjusting the stance and the height of the stride. It’s essential for high training comfort! BRAKE SYSTEM
The heart of the resistance system is a maintenance- and wear-free magnetic brake. The resistance is controlled precisely via the training computer. Each program offers 16 resistance levels. The performance range goes from gentle rehab sports to intensive cardio training.
The magnetic brake operates on the 12 kg flywheel. The mass has become more or less unimportant. It’s much more important that it is a high-speed flywheel. The high torque provides a comfortably smooth movement without load peaks. It feels better and is also better for the joints and ligaments
